Basic Document
➢ Current passport (7-month validity), including previous passports if available.
➢ Two recent photos (not older than 3 months) with white background (LAB print or soft copy)
➢ Photograph Size: 3.5 x 4.5 CM
➢ Original bank statement for the last six months with solvency certificate showing sufficient balance as per country requirements
➢ NID/Birth certificate copy in English
➢ Marriage Certificate: If the spouse's name is not in the passport, provide a marriage certificate or Nikanamma copy in English (if married)
➢ A recent utility bill copy
➢ Visiting cards in English
➢ All documents are in English, notarized if originally in Bengali
➢ Travel plan (including entry date and country)

Business Person:
➢ Renewal Trade License Copy
➢ Certificate of Incorporation
Memorandum of your Company (only pages where directors' names are mentioned)
➢ Proof if you are an owner-director of a company
➢ Visiting card
➢ Office/Company pad
➢ Import & Export Certificate (if any)
➢ TIN/Income Tax Certificate (last 3 years, if any)
➢ All documents must be in English and notarized

Employee:
➢ NOC letter
➢ Pay slip (last 6 months) / Salary certificate
➢ Visiting card
➢ Employment ID copy
➢ GO & Note Verbal for Diplomatic or Official passport holders
➢ BMDC certificate for Doctors
➢ Bar Council certificate for Advocate
➢ Retirement related documents like pension book for Retired Person

Student:
➢ ID card (Student) one photocopy both sides
➢ Leave letter from school or college original copy
➢ Birth certificate (only for children and infants)
➢ Parent’s or personal original bank statements for the last 6 months along with a bank solvency
