Schengen Tourist Visa

Basic Documents:
➢Passport with at least two blank pages, valid for at least 6 months after leaving the Schengen
territory.
➢ All previous passports.
➢ Personal Bank Statement / Company Bank Statement of Last Six (06) Months
➢ Bank solvency certificate
➢ Recent two (02) copy color photographs. (35 mm X 40 mm, White background), not older than
03 months
➢ Travel health insurance, valid for all Schengen countries; covering medical expenses with a
minimum of 30,000.- EUR.
➢ TIN / Income Tax Certificate - if any - Last 03 Years.

Business Person:
➢ Company Bank Statement of Last Six (06) Months.
➢ Renewal Trade License Copy.
➢ Certificate of Incorporation and Memorandum of your Company (only pages, where director's
names are mentioned). (If you are an owner director of a company) Office pad / Company Letter Head Pad.
➢ Import & Export Certificate - if any
➢ TIN / Income Tax Certificate - if any

Job Holder:
➢ Office ID card copy
➢ NOC Letter (with Job Start Date)
➢ Salary Pay-slip (last 6 months) or Salary Account Statement (Last 6 months)
➢ Tin Certificate, Income Tax Certificate (Last 3 Year)
➢ Provident fund certificate - if any
➢ BMDC certificate for doctor
➢ BAR council certificate for Advocate
➢ G.O (Government Order) for Official Passport

For Student:
➢ Student ID card
➢ NOC from School/Collage/Institute.
➢ Running course start date, Course name.

Inviting person's documents ( Personal ): if any
➢ Passport copy
➢ Invitation Letter
➢ Tenancy agreement/lease agreement copy / Driving License Copy (For address verification)
➢ Bank Statement copy - if possible
