➢ Renewal Trade License (Business Start Date)

Job Holder:
➢ Office ID card copy
➢ NOC Letter (with Job Start Date)
➢ Salary Pay-slip (last 6 months) or Salary Account Statement (Last 6 months)
➢ Tin Certificate, Income Tax Certificate (Last 3 Year)
➢ BMDC certificate for doctor
➢ BAR council certificate for Advocate

For Student:
➢ Student ID card
➢ NOC from School/Collage/Institute.
➢ Running course start date, Course name.

Other supporting Documents:
➢ Documents for Asset valuation: Flat documents, House documents, Shop documents, Fixed Deposit (FDR), Land deed, Car blue book or smart card, Sanchayapatra, Financial investment, Insurance and other Documents which means fixed Asset.
➢ Family Information: Father, Mother, Spouse, Childs, Sister, Brothers Name, Date of Birth, Country of Birth, Profession, Marital status & Present Address. If deceased please mention Date of Death & Place of Death.
➢ Educational Qualification: Course name, Institute Name, Address, Contact No, Course Start & End date.
➢ Name, Address & Relationship of any person or institute you will visit in Canada (if have)
