Basic Document
➢ 07 Months valid Passport with old Passport (If have)
➢ Copies of visas from previously visited countries (if any)
➢ Color passport-sized matte photographs (3.5 × 4.5 cm), taken against a white background within the last 6 months
➢ Marriage certificate copy (if spouse name not mentioned in the passport)
➢ Salary bank statement (Last 06 months) and bank solvency certificate
➢ Personal bank solvency certificate
➢ Original bank statements for the last 6 months along with a bank solvency certificate (Minimum balance: BDT 60,000 for individuals and BDT 120,000 for families)
➢ Hotel booking confirmation
➢ Air ticket booking confirmation
➢ Proof of residency

Businessman:
➢ Renewal trade license copy with notary public (English translated)
➢ Visiting card
➢ Memorandum for limited company form page XII (One photo copy)
➢ Company letter head pad
➢ Personal or company bank solvency certificate

Employee
➢ Visiting card
➢ No objection certificate (NOC)
➢ Employee Id card copy (One photo copy)
➢ Salary certificate or pay slip
➢ GO (Government order) for official passport
➢ BMDC certificate for doctor (Scan copy)
➢ BAR council certificate (One photo copy)
➢ Retirement document (Retired Person) one photo copy

Student:
➢ ID card (Student) one photocopy both sides
➢ Leave letter from school or college original copy
➢ Birth certificate (only for children and infants)
➢ Parent’s or personal original bank statements for the last 6 months along with a bank solvency certificate (Minimum balance: BDT 60,000 for individuals and BDT 120,000 for families)
